Don’t hang about, plant some strawberries now

There are lots of tasks to start in March, here’s one for you … from The Wrigglers

The worms have spent some time thinking of tasks in the garden for March. There’s quite a few to dos. For example, planting some strawberries in a hanging basket away from the slugs and snails. Follow our blog to get daily gardening cartoons, tasks and tips.

Tip on grwoing starwberries in a hanging basket to keep them away from the slugs. The cartoon is of two slugs looking at the hanging basket, one slug says, "What are you thinking?" The other slug says, "With 23 thousand slugs in a pyramid, we could be having strawberries for tea."

It’s March and the garden is starting to spring into life a bit. It’s still cold … the worms are making it a bit brighter with some cartoons of ‘what to do’.
